salam aleikum from Austria
i am new to investing and started investing in Halal ETFs in the beginning. After researching further I discovered that these Halal ETFs have questionable (and sometimes also non-shariah compliant stocks) stocks. So I decided to sell these and start picking individual shariah-compliant stocks, which is obviously riskier. I wanted to hear your opinions about these Halal ETFs with questionable/non-shariah compliant stocks.
Walaikum Assalaam Baser!

This is something that we’re always coming across, and ultimately it comes down to differences of opinion when it comes to how each institution defines shariah compliance. Below are two discussions that are related. Let me know what you think.
