My job unfortunately does not offer brokeragelink so the only options I’ve been given through work are shown in the picture. I believe these are the tickets for them but I’m not sure?

Most do not seem halal so I would be missing out on the 50% match if I decide against investing. How would I go about this and if so, which would I choose?
They are all through Fidelity and do not list what all the investments are in each except for the top 10 holdings.
