We can’t speak for the methodology or how they come to their conclusions regarding shariah compliance at iShares but ours is covered in more detail here.

At the moment, ISWD isn’t available in the Zoya App, but I’m sure to have it once we expand our coverage to include funds traded on the British exchanges. At the moment, you can check $SPUS, $HLAL, and Shariah Compliant funds that are traded on the US market, and you’ll see some of their holdings aren’t compliant as per Zoya. This is normal.

Brother @Memo was asking the shariah compliance of Alstom and Total Energie since these stocks are not shariah compliant in Zoya but are both in the iShares MSCI World Islamic UCITS ETF, a shariah-compliant ETF.
