I am Usman, founder of Cognesity. We are building an AI-driven platform focused on improving continuity of care in obesity and cardiometabolic health—specifically addressing the gap between clinic visits where many patients fall off treatment.
This is an area where effective therapies now exist (e.g., GLP-1s), but outcomes are often limited by lack of structured follow-up, patient engagement, and care coordination. That’s the problem we are trying to solve.
We are currently preparing to launch a clinical study with Mass General Brigham (Harvard) to validate our approach, and I would really value feedback from this group—especially from those thinking about healthcare, ethical investing, or mission-driven ventures.
