Are Semiconductor ETFs HALAL?

Hello,

I am looking to invest is Semiconductor etf, but the information of being Halal or haram is not available that much,

For example there is this one, iShares MSCI Global semiconductor.
How can I determine if it permissible to invest in it or not.
If there are any tools or excelsheet to refer to, would be nice.

Yes, as long as the underlying companies are Shariah-compliant. The VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH) seems to be a popular choice.
