I am currently in search of a Halal-compliant broker in the Netherlands that offers a substantial selection of Shariah-compliant ETFs. I’ve been looking for a while to find the right broker that provides an Islamic account, suitable for dollar cost averaging an ETF for long-term investments. Any suggestions or guidance on where to research, or recommendations based on personal experiences, would be greatly appreciated.
IBKR can give you a normal account.
In the UK (where I am) they have all the sharia-compliant funds.
You can ask them to add.
The way I do it is to open an account, then check what I can buy with small amounts of real money, before then moving all my money over. This is because sometimes it looks like you can buy…but you can’t.
