On behalf of the Authentic Ilm Mission (AIM), we invoke Jazakum Allahu Khairan upon you for joining the Authentic ILM Mission community with your registration for the AIM’s first international conference in Toronto, Canada. We take your registration as an endorsement of our mission. We intend to include you in future community endeavors unless we receive a response at our contact email to the contrary.
AIM is, inshaAllah, a grassroots movement to reclaim the Islamic narrative in North America upon the foundation established by the Salaf of this Ummah. While the leadership of the majority in this Ummah has mixed the pristine teachings of Islam with social and cultural constructs based on contemporary liberal polity. AIM’s leadership formed by a core foundation of classically trained scholars, has not despaired of the Mercy of Allah Exalted for the Muslims of the West. Rather, AIM was formed to establish the Sunnah proactively to fulfill the trust as witnesses to Tawheed, the middle path based on the Quran and Sunnah, without compromise or indulgence in the contemporary culture of excessive vengeful refutation.
The program of evidence-based lectures kicks off inshaAllah, at 12.30 PM, and 1.30 PM on December 23rd with two Khutbatul Jumu’ah at the conference location, The Salaheddin Islamic Centre (741 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, ON M1K 2C6, Canada). Please note that registration for the full program begins after the 2nd Khutbatul Jumu’ah around 3.00 PM. The theme of our event is “The Middle Path of Tolerance” Our speakers will elaborate on this essential theme in topical sessions based on the Maqasidic Tafsir of Chapter An-Nisa and Al-Mai’dah.
