According to their website, the ETF was constructed based on the Dow Jones Islamic Market Titans 100 Index which appears to be certified as shariah compliant by the S&P Shariah Supervisory Board. I recommend reaching out to Wahed or their respective shariah board to confirm whether or not the ETF itself was also reviewed and certified.

I am totally and 100% comfortable investing in it. I have no reason to doubt Wahed, plus the ETF is based on a Shariah-compliant index. In fact, I have already bought this fund in my portfolio. In the period of potential contraction in US stock prices, it makes sense to increase my exposure to foreign stocks.
