Could someone please help explain whether day trading and futures trading eg MES contracts are halal?

Day trading is generally considered permissible as explained in this deep dive on the IFG blog here. Futures trading is generally considered impermissible as explained by Sheikh @Joe in his tweet here.

I found it helpful but still have some questions about futures trading.
Is day trading E-minis like ES, NQ, YM and RTY allowed?
Iām also looking to invest in 4-5 diversified stocks that are in their lower to mid range that have liquid options.
Where can I find this information?
