Does any one know of any halal real estate options where you do not have to be the landlord and carry no debt i.e 100 % cash transaction

In the USA, I think SCHH is a real estate ETF that excludes mortgage-based deals. But I am not sure if it is 100% halal. I hope the moderators will look into that for us, inshaAllah

I just looked up SCHH in the Zoya app and its 81% Non-Shriah compliant
