As-salamu Alaykum,

By an average default, I most funds are not compliant but the best way to make sure and confirm is to look at the fund in detail and their holdings.

If there is no choice but that fund, you can take a look at the Zoya purification guys for 401Ks.

You can find this fund in Zoya under the symbol FOCPX. As of its last update, roughly 8% of the fund’s holdings are non-compliant. To purify that portion of it, follow the guide below on our blog.
