Nearly 18% of the ETF consists of companies in the utilities sector which are typically high in debt so I wouldn’t be surprised if most of them fail shariah compliance.

Assalaam Alaykum Saad,But Zoya app lists PHO as shariah compliant.Are you talking about another PHO?

I believe you’re referring to Photon Control which shares the same ticker symbol but is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. @Islam_En_espanol and I are referring to the Invesco Water Resources ETF.
