Non Citizen investing in US from other countries

Can a person who is not a citizen of US, UK or Canada use this platform to trade in stocks?
For eg a South Asian living in the Middle East trade from their riyal or dirham account in US Stocks? There are other CFD based platforms that enable this but is it possible from Zoya? If not then any suggestions?
