Salam alaykum,

What questions should you ask your broker? To ensure that there is no violation of Shariah? What should we make sure of?

Some brokers loan your shares out. For instance I think Trading212 do that in the UK.

Also you need to make sure you have a “cash” account not a “margin” account when you set up.
