Iām hoping to compile the various opinions or different methods of calculating zakah on sukuk and stocks in this thread as a reference for people.
How would one calculate zakah on sukuk? My understanding is that they are tied to physical assets, so how would it be considered for zakah?
Does Zoya have any calculators for specific stocks and sukuk for zakah, similar to how it calculates impermissible income? I would think this is feasible to automate zakatable assets calculations from balance sheet data.
